Usain Bolt, unanimously regarded as the fastest man alive on the planet has already proved his mettle in sprinting with number of Olympic Medals and not-in-near-future-will-be-broken kinda records.
The 31-year-old finally called time on his decorated athletics career last summer, having won eight Olympic gold medals and holding world record times at 100m and 200m.
Now with the athletics chapter for his life is over, seems like the fun and adrenaline is not, The bolt will be seen kicking some asses off the football ground soon enough. And we can’t wait to to watch him in a totally different sport.
Bolt revealed in 2016 that he was planning for a football career after retiring from the track and said his ideal destination would be Manchester United – the club he supports.
Another American athlete Justin Gatlin previously believed the Jamaican could return to the sport for the Olympic Games in 2020 in Tokyo, Japan.
Bolt’s final race was at the London World Championships in August 2017. The race was held at Olympic Stadium when his 100m farewell ended in a third-placed finish behind Gatlin and Christian Coleman.
